Ingredients:

30ml Dabel Absinth 

30ml Citronge Orange Liqueur

20ml lemon juice 

1 small egg 

1 tsp castor sugar 

Method:

Shake ingredients thoroughly without ice, then add ice and shake again strain into a pre-chilled glass

Garnish:

Sprinkle of grated nutmeg
