Glass: 

Champagne Flute

Ingredients:

15ml Koruna Bohemian Czech Absinth

Dash of lemon juice

5ml rosemary syrup

Top with chilled champagne

Method:

Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled champ flute – slowly pour dry sparkling wine / champagne to fill flute. 

Garnish:

Lemon twist and a sprig of rosemary
